Afreen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and has dedicated her career to helping people transform their health through the power of balanced, sustainable eating.

With years of experience across leading hospitals and as a former senior faculty member in Nutrition & Dietetics, she brings both clinical depth and a teacher’s clarity to every consultation. As a Life Member of the Indian Dietetics Association, she stays grounded in evidence-based practice.

Her philosophy is simple: nutrition is a way of life, and small, consistent changes lead to profound, lasting transformations. At Nutri Diet Clinic, every plan is crafted to fit the individual — their goals, their conditions, and their lifestyle.
